About me
Hi, I’m Zahid.
I make technology work for people.
I’m a freelance technologist with a wide-ranging toolkit: automation, AI, websites, online shops, IT, backups, finance and photo editing. Mostly, I’m the person you call when you know there’s a better way to do something but don’t have the time to figure it out.
Why I do this
The breadth is the point.
I’m drawn to how things work, and to making them work better. That curiosity has taken me across a lot of territory: building websites and online shops, setting up servers and backups, untangling company finances, editing photos and automating the work in between.
Over time I’ve realized that range is what makes my work useful. Most problems in a small business aren’t one-discipline problems. A slow sales process might be a website issue, an automation issue and a reporting issue all at once. Being able to see, and fix, the whole chain is what I bring.

I’m deeply fluent with AI tools and use them every day for research, writing, code, data, design and automation. They let me move quickly across many disciplines, prototype ideas in hours instead of weeks, and keep quality high.
I’m equally clear about the limits. AI drafts; I decide. Everything gets checked, tested and refined by a person who cares about the result.
